News flash....Lily like creampuffs!! I'm pretty sure the gene that codes for liking creampuffs is a dominant trait so Lily had a 100% of inheriting this quality because both of her parents love creampuffs! Oktoberfest is probably the best time/place to acquire the puffs in addition to delicious pretzels, potato pancakes, brats, mets, goetta balls, and BEER! As an added bonus, the Bengals actually showed up this week. Too bad about the Browns.
Oktoberfest was a welcome relief from the past week we spent without electricity thanks to Hurricane Ike. Thanks to the Duke Energy workers who returned us to the 21st century on Friday evening. At one point we were definitely wondering what the pioneers did for fun. We concluded that they sat in the dark at their kitchen table eating apples before they went bad. It must have been a rip-snorting good time. No wonder they moved started farming, they were looking for some excitement!
