Last Saturday morning (at 6:30, mind you) I was picking up Lily's toys and realized she was desperately in need of some developmentally appropriate gear. In other words, I had become bored with the current selection and wanted new ones. So after our morning naps and the second pot of coffee we headed off to Toys R Us. 2 hours and too much money later Lily Bell is the proud owner of 2 puzzles, stacking alphabet blocks, a basketball hoop, and some Little People Builder aparatus. As soon as we got home and set out all the news toys she made a beeline for......Mom's purse!!! Serves us right.
